Submitted by Sean on the comments page, the 2010 Civil Rights Game featured the Reds wearing 1947 uniforms, although as he says, "even though image has it more of blue in the game it was more black." They faced the St. Louis Cardinals who were wearing uniforms from the 1946 season.

This, the second Civil Rights game, was an exhibition game again played in Memphis, and the Mets and the White Sox again wore 1960's-ish uniforms, but with no logos, just plain block letters.

St. Louis Cardinals vs. Cleveland Indians at Memphis, TN

The first ever Civil Rights Game, was an exhibition game played in Memphis, Tennessee and pitted the St. Louis Cardinals against the Cleveland Indians. The teams wore non-logoed basic 1960's style simple uniforms with basic city name on the front.
