As part of their continuing 100th Anniversary of Wrigley Field celebration, the Cubs wore their 1978 road uniforms - at Wrigley - while the Cardinals (who actually also wore powder blue road uniforms in 1978) were given gray fauxbacks.
The Cardinals wore 1950's era uniforms, while the Rays wore uniforms of the 1950s Tampa Smokers, a minor league team. In an effort to be politically correct, the Rays removed the cigar from the original Smokers uniforms.
Submitted by Sean on the comments page, the 2010 Civil Rights Game featured the Reds wearing 1947 uniforms, although as he says, "even though image has it more of blue in the game it was more black." They faced the St. Louis Cardinals who were wearing uniforms from the 1946 season.
The 25th anniversary of the 1982 World Series between the Brewers and the Cardinals was commemorated with both teams wearing uniforms from those years.
